We’ve identified an issue affecting some Android users when trying to import contacts from their phone into the mobile app.

Reported behavior:

  • When selecting “Import Contacts,” the phone’s contact list appears blank.
  • Searching by name still pulls up the correct contact.
  • Pressing the space bar reveals the full list of phone contacts.
  • Reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue (reported on Android 15, Samsung S855).

Workaround:
Until a fix is available, you can either type a contact’s name in the search bar or press the space bar to display your phone contacts.
