Mobile App Instructions:

  1. Open the mobile app and go to the "Resources" section.

  2. Tap on the "Personal" tab.

  3. Tap "+ Add New".

  4. Complete the form:

    • Add notes in the "Pre-Written Message" section for prospects to see initially.

    • Use tags like [firstName] and [resourceLink] for automatic personalization.

  5. Tap "Save" to save your new resource.

  6. Your new resource will appear under "Personal Resources". Use them like regular resources for your contacts.

 

Web Browser Instructions:

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.rapidfunnel.com/login

  2. On the left navigation column, select “Resources”

  3. Click the “Add Resource” button

  4. On the first window,

    1. Add the resource title

    2. A short internal and external descriptions 

    3. Select “Link” under “Resource Type”

    4. Select the appropriate “Resource Category”

    5. Click “Continue”

  5. On the second window, customize the messaging that goes out when you send the resource via email or the mobile App. Note: You can use “Content Placeholders” in the subject or body of your email to personalize your message! Click “Continue”

  6. On the last window,

    1. To use an existing company resource and update the messaging, check the “Company Resource” box, select the desired resource, add the link, and click “Save.”

    2. To add a new resource, enter the link you want to use and click “Save.”

  7. Your new resource will appear under "Personal Resources." Use them like regular resources for your contacts.
